Been going here for almost 20 years and generally been satisfied. However over the last year or so things have drastically declined. Can’t get test results, can’t get return calls, no sense of urgency any more. Lab results were lost so had to have the tests done twice. Blood pressure meds were recalled so had to get new meds ordered. Went a full week without meds before the doc called back. Dr Cady doesn’t seem to care anymore

What is going on in this office?! Office staff is very ineffective. Impossible to get a simple test ordered. If I had something seriously wrong, I’d be dead by now.

I have been with Dr. Cady since Dr. Steffens moved on to John Deere Health Admin and have usually been satisfied. Lately however, you call for an appointment and they tell you they will send a note to Dr. and if he has an appointment time they will call you back.. you cannot, apparently make an appointment anymore... then they call, in my case when I am sleeping ( I work 3rd shift, which they are aware of), when you call back they want to give you a time that will not work... then they say they gotta send another note to him and when he gets an appointment time, they will call you... this is a crappy game since they keep you hanging for days.....Along with some of these reviews, I am also wondering if He has too many patients... He moved his practice to and from the Genesis building, so I wonder what is going on. I am not pleased at all.

He is a sweet, caring doctor; not too impressed with the front desk staff, and the nurses can be disrespectful.

He ordered tests for my medical issues but after 6 MONTHS, I still hadn't heard anything form him. No phone call, no mail correspondence, absolutely nothing. I am moving on to a Dr. that will take care of me and my health needs.

Dr. Cady refused to fill a needed prescription for my father until he was seen in office. He had been seen recently, so the refusal was confusing for my dad. When he confronted Dr. Cady about the practice, Dr. Cady erupted, shouted repeatedly at my dad and his own nurse, at one point. When in the nurse and Dr. Cady concluded that the mix up was the fault of their own office, my dad again asked what the issue was and if he could have the prescription filled. Dr. Cady again shouted at my dad and made fun of his hearing loss.

Hurried, answering service calls, patients when nurse should be. Again, too many patients to treat properly.

Since move to new office, ineffient care...changes treatment without discussion, rushes visit, waited 5 days after confirmation of infection to get antibiotic ordered, extremely rude nurse who repeatedly needed to check something and call you back but didn't, while at same time being very argumentative. After confronting nurse for rude behavior (3rd time of rudeness within one week), received letter dismissing me as patient. Apparently makes assumptions on what he is told without addressing issue with patient.

The experience with Dr. Cady was less then informative and carried a flip attitude. He really never answers any question. He takes a quick glance a lab report and sends you a letter with no conversation or explanation If you are really sick or have medical problem this one doctor to stay away from.. The staff is rude and conveys the same care less attitude.
