Dr. Chimenti is so patient and kind that I am truly grateful. Older patients do require more time but we do the best we can. It is wonderful to find a doctor who is willing to take the time to listen and care. I definitely would recommend him.

Excellent. Knee Replacement

Having my total hip replacement changed my life! Thank you Dr. Chimenti for caring for me and preforming a flawless surgery. Let me tell all of you, if you have any type of orthopedic needs, pick this guy! He excellent at what he does. The office clean and covid 19 precautions are applied. The office staff, very kind and thorough. Dr. Chementi, excellent! He listens and is genuinely concerned with my well being. Surgery, went great! Really, Dr. Chementi doesn’t want his patients to be in pain after surgery, needless to say, I felt better after surgery than before the surgery. Everything, from pre-op to post-op, Was explained clearly before the surgery. I had no surprises, that wasn’t explained, during my whole experience. I’m still healing, but I know, if something comes up, that all I have to do is call. Absolutely the best Dr. I would recommend Dr. Chementi to everyone.

I recently had a hip replacement done by Dr Chimenti. Wow! The recovery was surprisingly simple. I was walking a few hours after I woke up. I was able to go home the next morning (although I felt like I could have gone home the day of the surgery). I am now 6 weeks from surgery and feel fantastic...life changing for sure. My incision is on the side of my butt/hip and it is a lot smaller than I thought it would be. I have other friends that have had hip replacements done by other doctors and have the scar on the front (anterior?) of their leg and they did not seem to recover as easily as I did. Don't know if the difference was Dr Chimenti or the location of the scar. I'm thrilled with my new hip!

My knee has been hurting for a very long time. I will someday need a knee replacement but Dr Chimenti said I could try some other options including injections which helped alot. We also talked about stem cell injections and I may try that as well...anything to put off surgery. Dr Chimenti did not pressure me at all and gave me lots of options.

I decided to get a second opinion for a shoulder injury because it took the first doctor 4 months to tell me "you need an MRI now" and not useless physical therapy. It turned out I had 2 large complete rotator cuff tears. My internist recommended the office of Dr. Chimenti. I was going out of town so they got me in immediately even though they are a very busy office. I waited only a few minutes to see him. Dr. Chimenti explained to us why we should not wait to have surgery without pressuring me. He was very patient and compassionate. I had the surgery 8 days ago and so far I'm very happy with the results even though it will take time and effort to get back to normal, which was expected. I saw him again today and did not have to wait. He answered all my questions, and put my mind at ease about an upcoming long trip we had planned. He did not rush through the visit. The staff there is also excellent. I would highly recommend Dr. Chimenti.

I had my right knee meniscus fixed by Dr Chimenti last week and couldn't be happier. I was able to return to work in 2 days and was walking without any crutches from the very beginning. I didn't even have to take pain medication after surgery. This was in contrast to my other knee that I had fixed a few years ago by another doctor in Conroe. It took me nearly 6 weeks to be able to return to work and had to do physical therapy. Big difference this time with Dr Chimenti.

Dr. Chimenti recently did a knee replacement for my 89 year old father. He was very thorough, very attentive and did a great job. Based on his treatment of my dad, I decided to switch from an orthopedic surgeon in the med center to Dr. Chimenti for my own knee and ankle issues

The good doctor replaced my knee a few months ago. The total experience was absolutely wonderful. I was very scared initially and had put it off for years. I probably saw at least 5 different Ortho docs over the past few years until I was referred by friends to Dr Chimenti. He did not push me towards surgery but helped me understand my options. When I was finally ready we moved on to the replacement and I haven't looked back since. I wish I would have met him a few years ago!

I went to Dr. Chimenti based on recommendation from a friend. Wow, I was so happy I did! I previously saw a different dr in another Orthopedic (KSF) office that rushed in & was condescending and literally brought me to tears. Then to find Dr. Chimenti who was the exact opposite. Took time to explain everything, kind, compassionate and caring. Made me feel like I was the most important patient he had! I am delighted that he is the doctor that is doing my knee replacement surgery. His nurse and office staff are also good natured. So pleased with this whole group!
