Practitioner has failed to provide direction to staff in response to patient inquiry. Staff has been repeatedly unresponsive and unprofessional in addressing issues related to the failed dental implant. Dental professional has indicated an unwillingness to compensate patient for procedural failure despite having referred patient to an oral surgeon for consultation and subsequent correction of failed procedure.

Everyone at Clark Dental Group was so helpful and nice! I usually have very bad anxiety about going to the dentist, but the staff puts me at ease every time and makes sure I am comfortable. Dr. Brian is very knowledgeable and thorough. I could not recommend them enough!!

From the office workers to the dental hygienist to the dentist- They sell, sell, sell. Instead of commenting like a dentist, why can't Tiffany just shut up and clean the teeth???
