Unprofessional and Intimidating - Avoid at All Costs I am utterly appalled by the way I was treated at Dr. Cochran’s. I had an appointment scheduled for September 9, 2024 which I had booked SIX MONTHS in advance. Imagine my shock when I arrived only to be told they had CANCELLED my appointment and given it to someone else WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. When I questioned this, Dr. Cochran told me to leave. They tried to blame their software, but it's clear this is a management issue. To cancel a long-standing appointment just a WEEK before and then treat a patient with such disrespect is unacceptable. This experience was not only incredibly inconvenient, as I had taken time off work for this appointment, but it was also emotionally distressing. I will never return to this practice and urge others to find a dentist who values their patients' time and treats them with basic courtesy. I am also considering filing a formal complaint with the relevant dental board.
