I have trusted my care and my entire family with Dr Decker for several years now. He takes the time to get listen to your needs, follows up, and can be seen with short notice when needed

I have used Dr. Decker since I moved to this area 4 years ago and I've never been happier with the service and care provided by a Physician the level of service provided by Dr. Decker. He always takes the time to talk with me and find out how I'm doing as a person and not "just another patient." I trust him completely with my medical care and refer people whenever I have the opportunity.

Very disappointing. Does not seem to be too concerned about patients. Spends VERY limited time with patients. Seems indifferent and is quick to leave rather than help. Never available to answer questions.

Where do I start? The baseline problem I have with this doctor is that I never felt as though he cared to understand what behind my condition. All I wanted was a plan to correct my neck and back pain that does not include the use of pain killers to mask a condition. I was told to use a Chiropractor, with never a follow-up to find out how my treatment was progressingâ?¦.I went back to his office to say it wasnâ??t working. When I asked for a referral to the Hauenstein clinic, he said he would after I underwent PT for a monthâ?¦.(no scan ordered, no MRI orderedâ?¦.NO diagnostic tools were used). Needless to say PT was a bust. I had to beg for an MRI, and a referral to a specialists. And it isnâ??t just himâ?¦.when I tried going to another of his partners, his partners answer was...."maybe you should try a gluten free diet..." and never made an effort to diagnose my neck and back pain. The care I have received out of his office is cold and impersonal. I will not be trusting my… family to his "care".

Doc miss diagnosed foot pain problem and gave bad advice, I would not trust doc for anything more complicated than common cold. If you are with doctor brian as primary I would switch before a real medical condition comes up.
