Dr. Brian Patrick Despinasse II, MD

My daughter, a first time mother was searching for a new pediatrician and I fortunately crossed paths with Dr Despinasse. He came highly recommended from sources I completely trust and when my grandson needed to be seen quickly, the office staff made arrangements for an appointment the same day! (Even as a new patient). My grandson was born at 32 weeks, spending 5 weeks in the NICU at Woman’s Hospital. After the amazing care he received in the NICU my daughter and SIL became frustrated very quickly with the pediatrician they had chosen for their son after being discharged. The doctor offered very little information and reacted to questions as though they were unnecessary and a waste of her time. Zero bedside manner skills. The nurse was my daughters salvation during her sons time with her previous pediatrician. Enter Dr Despinasse...there is absolutely no comparison. This Dr obviously loves his job and has given my daughter the confidence and reassurance that she is doing a perfect… job caring for her new son. He took care of a minor problem in the office when according to the previous Dr., our baby would have to see a Urologist. Which usually translates to weeks of chasing referrals and scheduling conflicts. There aren’t enough words to describe how thankful we are to have found Dr Despinasse. He makes you feel as if your child is his most important patient. He takes his time, answers questions and makes sure you understand his instructions. But more than that, he encourages you to follow up with phone calls or visits to know how his patient has reacted to his plan of care. Thank you Dr Despinasse! A doctor who is in it for all the RIGHT reasons. A true gentleman and class act. Highly recommended.

I love this doctor office

Awesome doctor and very personable. He really loves what he does, your kids are his kids. I'm very blessed to have found him when I moved to this area over nine years ago.

The wait time is a little long, but the attention and care are exceptional. I guess some things are worth the wait.

Dr. D is a wonderful doctor. We moved here from out of state and I was really worried about finding a pediatrician like the one we left behind. We made an appointment and I knew from the start he was doctor for my daughter. He is caring, and kind and he really listens to the kids. He also takes the time to explain his findings. My daughter loves him. His satff is helpful and very friendly.

Dr. Despinasse is so personable and caring with the children. I observed him with my kids as well as the other patients in the office and they all genuinely love him. He takes time to speak with all who visit the office.Kudos Dr. D, Keep up the excellent care!

Dr. D. was my kid's Dr. for most of their child hood. He is a wonderful, caring, down to earth, Man. I hate that my children have outgrown his services. I miss him dearly.

We have had interactions with other MD's before but Dr. Despinasse sincerely cares about the kids he treats. You can hear it in his interactions with all the kids and parents in the office.His staff is friendly and very helpful.
