Dr. Brian Michael Drachman, MD

I was referred to Dr Drachman as every other hospital wanted to perform open heart surgery to fix my problem. Dr Drachman gathered a Team of surgeons that were able to robotically repair the blockage and insert a stent where others said it couldn't be done. Back to work in a couple of weeks instead of months.

Staff is always prompt and courteous. Dr Drachman has been taking care of my mother for 5 years.

Previously treated by another doctor that did not seem to want to find solutions, but Dr. Drachman and staff care about you as a patient and his staff follows up when necessary. He offered a course of treatment that offered a better quality of life.

I was sent to Dr. Drachman and disliked him from the beginning but gave him many chances. I had acute CHF and he never responded to calls. i had an SVT and couldn't get an appointment. He left us in a room waiting and NEVER came back. He out me on a heart med and failed to tell me one of the severe side effects was what I had for over 40 days. Then he told mg primary I didn't need the medicine. He simply does not care. I've never been so disappointed in a doctor. I wouldn't bring my cat to him.

Impossible to converse with on questions you may have. Is never available to get on the phone to obtain results from tests. When transferred to his voice mail box it is usually full and if it isn't he never returns calls anyway. His office staff is the worst I have had to deal with. They are uncooperative, nasty and will not hesitate to just hang up. Took me a week trying to get a prescription renewal and finally gave up and went to another Doctor. Has become more interested in money than medicine. If you go to him he'll do the tests but try and get the results. Wait time is usually about 25 minutes but don't be late or he'll make you sit and hour.

Very satisfied with the care and proactive approach that this doctor provides his patients.

I really like Dr Drachman, He is an excellent dr as he takes time to listen and takes time to explain everything to you. The last visit we had with him they changed to new computer systems and they chart in the computer he was very apologetic that he had to take time away from face to face contact to work on the computer. That is just the type of Doctor he is. I feel very lucky that we were referred to Dr Drachman as we travel over an hour to see him and he is worth the drive. My husband is very comfortable with him. I can not say enough about Dr D and his office staff. We love his Nurse Sandy as well. She is always happy to see us.
