Dr. Brian Russell Duncan, MD

I went to visit Dr Duncan about possibly having the streta procedure. She reviewed all my records and tests and said that I would be a good candidate for the procedure. I asked whether the procedure was covered by Insurance and he told me that someone with his staff would call me after determining that. I received a call from his office and was advised it was covered by insurance so scheduled the procedure. About a month after having it all scheduled I received a call from his nurse telling me that the procedure was not covered by insurance and that Dr Dunkin reviewed my record and said he now thought the procedure would not be effective for me. I asked her why this was completely contrary to what he said at my appointment and the nurse couldn't answer and was befuddled. Bottom line this organization is completely disorganized which is a reflection of the doctor in my opinion.

Dr Duncan is kind and concerned. He is attentive and discusses treatment plan in detail. He has an outstanding bedside manner. I reccomend Dr Duncan 100%. I hope hehas a long career treating our nations heroes the us veterans
