Dr Elford is by far THE best DR I have personally ever seen. He takes his time with you. He is genuine and he really cares about you. I have been seeing him for yours and I highly recommend him! This was my first visit to South Hills ENT. My appt was with Dr. Elford. I was quite nervous since my PCP was anxious for me to see an ENT doctor as soon as possible. Dr. Elford was very friendly and even apologized for having me wait so long. He made me feel very comfortable and assured me all was fine after a complete exam. I highly recommend him and was happy he was my doctor today.

Dr. Elford did a pretty extensive repair on my nose this morning and I am extremely happy so far with the outcome. I was expecting massive swelling and bruises after the procedure but so far there is nothing! I am already breathing better and think the healing process will happen quickly rather than drag on which is normal for me. I would highly recommend Dr. Elford for anything. make it a point to drive far if you have to as you will not be disappointed. He is the best ENT in our area, folks!

Not quite sure where a 4.5 rating comes from. My experience with Doctor Elford: He is not prepared for appointments. His question to you - what do you think we should do? Quite a bit of money for an appointment for me to give my medical opinions. Very odd.

I would absolutely recommend Dr. Elford. He just performed surgery on my neck to remove a thyroglossal duct cyst. His technique was so good that 7 days after surgery my incision is about 95% healed. Furthermore, he took the time to perform the surgery in a manner that minimized my discomfort afterward. I was really only uncomfortable for two days after surgery. And, he made a minimal incision and closed it beautifully so that there will be very little scarring. Great job!

I really cannot say enough good things about Dr. Elford. I have been seeing ENTs since age 5, due to chronic ear problems. Dr. Elford is definitely the best around.

Dr. Brian Elford is an excellent doctor who puts his patient first. He is brilliant in his field. I have the utmost respect for him and would recommend him to any person requiring his medical expertise.
