Dr. Brian Mateo Enriquez, MD

I do not understand these negative comments. He was awesome! Very kind, down to earth and very easy to talk to! And I saw him on a Sunday which is bound to suck but he certainly didn’t act like he was bothered by it. As another commentator mentioned, I too found myself thinking that I wish he had his own practice. Typical urgent doctors I have come into contact with haven’t been the best but Dr. Enriquez was wonderful!

One of the worst medical experienes ever! I asked if a medicine he recommended would be the best medicine for me. He said that was the standard of care, and how else can he help me? He was a jerk! Don't expect him to answer any questions or challenge his recommendation. Ladies, he gave me the creeps, too! Beware of this "doctor" who doesn't have a heart to help people in need!

Visited Urgent care tonight at closing time. Obviously Dr Enriquez was inconvenienced by my late arrival as his rude behavior and comments indicated. Ballad Health may need to reconsider his continued employment. Review of other comments seem to show a pattern of poor attitude toward patient care.

Dr Enriquez was very professional and handled my issue professionally and quickly wish he was in private practice!!

He very rude. Most inconsiderate doctor i have ever met. I will never go back or take my child back to the urgent care in abingdon ever . He should be removed from being a doctor if thats the way doctors are suppose to treat people. Wellmont has always had good doctors but his attitude needs to be ajusted .

Disrespectful to me as a parent of a sick child. I have never been treated so rudely by a practitioner. Unwilling to listen, argumentative and hateful.

Horrible doctor. I am still suffering from misdiagnosis for over a year ago.
