Dr. Brian Duane Fitch, MD

After waiting to be seen for an hour for a recurring condition (episcleritis that Dr. Fitch had previously treated) I asked the staff if it would be much longer as I had not hired a care giver for my elderly mother. The staff's response was reptilian in their coldness. They said I was a work in (I had called and booked last week) and I could expect a three hour wait. I explained that I couldn't leave my mother alone that long and when could I come back. (The white of my eye is bright red and both eyes are watering and I'm in pain). I was given a date two and a half weeks out and told I could expect to wait 3 hours then also. I asked for the office manager and she was worse than the first person I spoke to. Needless to say, I'll be driving 50 miles to Nashville to see someone from now on.
