This program is PHENOMENAL! Dr. Gluck has a developed an extremely talented cross-functional team to assist all of his patients and to help ensure their success.

Office charged my Visa $250 dollars for a program fee after I cancelled my surgery (due to other health issues). I was charged 2 days *after* my scheduled surgery and his scheduler didn't tell him that I had cancelled and refused to give me a refund for a program that I did not use for a surgery I did not have.

What I appreaciated most was, he IS really concerned about me and my success. He is not a fake. When he says call if you need to, he means it. He told me if I had any questions to call. He was going on vacation on monday. I was discharged from the hospital on friday. I recall him calling me on saturday asking me to come to the office on sunday so he could make sure everything was good before going on vacation. I can still hear him say: "Call me if there are any concerns at all" I promised, that I was not going to ruin his or his families vacation. Guess what? I had to call him. He accepted my call w/o reservations. He's Great. I thank God daily that I trusted him to give me a great tool! Thanks Dr. Gluck!!!!!!!!! You're the best!!!!!!
