Dr. Granger is very caring and especially concerned about explaining things. He likes to share his knowledge and does so in clear, easy to understand language. His staff, on the other hand, are not so caring. Patients are not greeted by receptionist. If a patient has a question or concern, they receive a rude or curt response. Patients are made to feel that they are at fault if they have a question. And make sure you block off a half a day, because you could be waiting a very long time for your appointment. By all means, don't ask any of the staff why you had to wait so long because they get very defensive. The only staff person who is not like that is the nurse with the blonde curly hair. Everyone else needs to be replaced. The only reason I put up with their rudeness is Dr. Granger himself.

Dr. Granger is the Best! His nurse Mary is also a kind,gentle & classy lady. Amy is also very sweet. Can't say anything nice about the other staff. They are definitely not assets to his clinic. Perhaps a liability!

His nurse/receptionist was supremely rude. I am still in utter shock that someone so uncaring could possibly be a nurse.
