Dr. Hancey was my PCP for 6 years. I moved to another state and would fly back to see him if I could. He always spoke to me as a friend and not just a patient. Never had any issues with wait times or communication. He is the best.

Dr. Hancey is BY FAR the best PCP I have come across. Very personable, knowledgeable, and kind. Good to explain things, and involve you in decisions regarding your care.

No compassion. If anything you say is different than the computer, he will not believe you. Will not go back. Dana is great.

PERSONABLE, TAKES TIME WITH YOU

The lack of follow-up, lack of courtesy an unprofessionalism by his assistant Dana bring this rating way down, since that is such a huge part of the experience. Don't get the feeling they really care about their patients all that much in this office (get em in, get em out, you can only ask questions if you have your checkbook and have an appointment).

I hadn't been to a doctor in a while, so I went with multiple issues. Dr. Hancey took time discussing and explaining the causes and various remedies of each issue I was having. He was very informative and spoke in words and terms I could understand. He also spent time asking personal questions and building a report with me and a decent amount of time in the exam room with me. I definitely trust him as my new primary care physician after only one visit. His medical assistant, Dayna is also friendly and great at drawing blood! Wait times were no more than 10 minutes in lobby and 10 minutes in exam room and lab results were received within 48 hours! I recommend Dr. Hancey to anyone in search of a new PCP.
