Dr. Brian Paul Hauser, MD

Dr Hauser was not a very caring physician; he did not understand very much about my health as a young adult, and he understood very little about LGBT health.

I selected him as PCP. Went in the office to get a referral to a specialist for my newly diagnosed condition. He would not give me a referral whatsoever. Instead he insisted he can treat me and I don't need to see a specialist. Not sure why he is doing this. So if you need a referral best to look elsewhere. TBH this is the first time a doctor denies my request to see a specialist…

I have always felt ucomfortabe with my visits to dr. Houser. He seemed rather uninterested and anxious to see the next patient. I also received a very nasty letter from him about a missed appointment that to find out was never made in the first place at all. Such behavior is not professional at all and indicates a certain lack of maturity. Since then I have changed doctors, I highly suggest that any future pacient do the same as well. Please ignore the poor spelling. Just upset that's all!!

I inherited Dr. Hauser because my GP retired. He seems very inexperienced. He probably is ok for flu shots and various uncomplicated illnesses, but don't go to him for anything important, especially chronic pain. He appears to be interested, but I don't think he heard a word I said. He just types away at the computer and I know he isn't listening to me, just taking notes as in C.Y.A. I do not think he is a compassionate doctor. If you have pain, I would not recommend him. He is afraid to prescribe pain meds even though I have a history of pain management with my former GP for 26 years at this clinic. Hauser thinks he can put a band-aid on it and it will be all okay, no matter what the problem is. When this clinic was Oso Family Clinic, it was so much better. Now I need to find a new doctor because I don't trust his ability to treat me.

I honestly feel Dr Hauser is truly interested in making people well. We are all motivated by money, to some extent. But I think his number one goal is to make his patients well.

This doctor doesn't know how to treat your illness, he only knows two things: for illness, refer to other doctors. For trivial things like flu shot, charge you rigorous money even your insurance paid the flu shot. Very easy to make an appointment, now I understand why, patients are leaving for other doctors. No wonder they need your money to make his office run. Go to other doctors if you can, don't make same mistake as I did.

My husband did an annual checkup and Dr. Hauser charged him over $600 for explaining the blood result (we are lucky the insurance covers the annual checkup or Dr. will charge us that one as well. I took my son to take the flu shot which was covered by our insurance, but Dr. Hauser charged us $289.75 because he needs to see my son's face as he is a new patient. What a rip off. No wonder I overheard other people saying patients are dumping Dr. Hauser as he can't treat your illness when you need a doctor, he just refers you out to other doctor, then he will charge rigorous money for trivial things such as getting flu shot. This is high level scam in my opinion.

He sent me for a prescription he never filled I messaged and his nurse said she'd have him fill it but still did not. I went to the pharmacy twice, very unprofessional.

Like how he takes the time to listen to whats wrong and try to solve it. would and have recommended him.
