I think he's a very knowledgeable dr but I just always feel rushed when he gets in the room with me, basically if you don't have any questions for him it's wham bam

Reffered by a friend, Dr. Heaps was as nice as described. However, I must have caught him on a really busy day, because my time with him felt rushed. Considering it was my first visit with him, I was hoping to have a little more time. My next visit will be the 4th of August, and I hope he has more time for me. The staff is great (sweet & courteous) and the office is clean.

wow I don't even know where to start . I love Dr Heaps he is such an amazing doctor whom takes his time with patients and doesn't make you feel rushed!. His staff are great . Must See !!!!

He takes time with patients, and shows concerned for the general welfare of his patients. He ensures that his patients understand their health issues.

Dr. Heaps is a wonderful doctor when i first came to him i was a single parent 22 yrs old and pregnant with my second child. a little into my pregnantcy i lost my mother i was so depressed . DR. Heaps was so caring and concerned about me i felt like we were family lol long story short he was awsome with my c-section a year later i was back again for my son lol. He is very hands on and step by step with you. Dr. Heaps should really train a lot of doctors to be like him

Dr. Heaps is simply wonderful! My husband and I were nervous to become first time parents but Dr. Heaps set our minds at ease. He takes as much time as you need to address any concerns and answer all questions. We never left an appointment feeling unsure if anything. He is so gentle. Compared to my female doctors in the past he is by far the best. During labor and delivery he kept us calm and explained everything thoroughly. When my delivery turned into an emergency cesarean he was amazing. Bedside manner is wonderful and he genuinely cares about you. My incision has healed beautifully thanks to his skill and I can't wait to have him oversee my second pregnancy. Thank you for being so awesome Dr. Heaps!

Dr. Heaps is an AMAZING doctor: 1. He is a genuinely kind person and very humble. 2. EXTREMELY GENTLE hands! 3. Doesn't rush you out the door. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and address each one. 4. Highly skilled and educated. Dr. Heaps delivered my second baby. I had a scary delivery experience with my first born, delivered by someone else, so I was relieved and grateful when I healed so well and fast after Dr. Heaps delivered my baby girl. I am a very nervous person and his soothing voice and chill energy has a way of helping me to relax. Most importantly, anyone reading this that has a fear of vaginal exams from prior bad experiences, let me tell you: he will NOT hurt you! Every pap I've had in the past has been so painful and always left me bleeding. Everyone says it shouldn't hurt but it always does. I literally jumped off the exam table once in so much pain. Dr. Heaps promised he wouldn't hurt me and he was right! He was gentle, fast and I never… bled. Sorry for TMI. I am moving soon but will be flying to Texas once a year just to have my pap done by him. Not even kidding. He's a keeper. He will be my Ob-gyn until I'm an old lady, I hope! :-) Dr. Heaps, I wish every dr was like you. Thank you for being you!

There should be more doctors like this not just concerns about the money

Never a dull moment when I see my favorite Dr. Heaps! This baby is going to come out SO happy. He is so caring, takes the time that I need, and I never leave the office with a question unanswered. He recently voted Physician of The Year at Memorial Hermann, and it's no wonder, he is just great!
