Dr Helmstetter quickly assessed my mother’s attitude/mood, adjusted, and interacted with her in a manner that had her smiling the entire appointment. It wasn’t just his easy, patient, and calm nature that I found comforting. He’s no nonsense, ensures he’s informed of patient’s medical history available to him, asks relevant questions, answers our questions, and makes sure everyone is on the same page before it’s all over. Dr Helmstetter is also very efficient; he has you in and out without ever feeling like you were rushed.
