Above is a photo of my outstanding team. They are some of the best in the country. I could not have reached the level of success without them. I have been very blessed to practice for 23 years in small town Iowa. I currently own two practices, Monticello Family Dentistry, P.C. and Stone Creek Dental, P.C. in Dyersville. You owe it to yourself and your family to develop a great practice.
My purpose and passion is to guide you to the practice of your dreams. Dentistry is a demanding profession. I know your challenges. I live them every day. I really believe that I can coach you to a better practice. Achieving success in dentistry is all about hiring great people and taking great care of the patient along with outstanding clinical and business systems the rest will take care of itself. Small changes can yield big results.
