I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kassa for over a year he is an excellent pain medicine doctor, he explains the importance of the medical procedures he is currently providing for me. He has an excellent Medical Staff who ask me several questions regarding condition and ask for feedback from me so that I understand my condition. They are a excellent team at Synergy Medical Center

Dr. Kassa is a life saver. He was empathetic to my situation during what was an obviously challenging day for the office. Despite this, he received me well and was thorough in his assessment. He recognized the urgency of my diagnosis and referred me to the proper people to get the services needed for my continued recovery. I appreciate him greatly and recognize him as an asset to Mendelson and Kornblum. In my life experience, at times it has been difficult to find medical professionals that will consistently treat patients with the respect and seriousness one would hope for. Dr. Kassa is one of those professionals. Anyone that finds themselves in his care can count on him to do right by them, as I do. Thanks, Doc! I appreciate you!

Dr's are great at the sterling heights location. The only thing that is pushing me away from this office is the lack of communication and sincerity. Ive been trying to get my pain meds since the beginning of April and I keep going back and forth with cvs and the office. No one will help me. Also waiting for paperwork since December so unprofessional

Dr Kassa is a good listener and very attentive and empathetic to patients needs. He has wonderful bedside manner which means a lot in today’s healthcare. My only regret is not finding him sooner as I’ve been suffering from some issues since October but I’m looking forward to some relief and working with him!

He was so kind I enjoyed him and I’m looking forward to working with him.

Dr Kassa is a very thorough doctor and he also takes time with his patience and he's not in a hurry to rush out of the room very highly recommended this was the first procedure I ever had and it went just great

Caring manner with listening and explaining complex medical scans using the exam room computer desk to illustrate to me his diagnostic reasoning. Had reviewed my prior medical history thoroughly before the visit. Ordered further diagnostic tests and follow up plan. Thorough and knowledgeable physician.

Was seen in a timely manner and Dr. Kassa listened to my concerns and came up with a treatment plan for me and gave me other options if this one didn’t work. His bedside manner was great.

Dr. Kasa has an excellent bedside manner. He really listens to his patients and provides real solutions.
