Dr. Brian J. Keener, a native of Maryland, received his undergraduate degree from Eastern Mennonite University in Virginia. He then went on to the Pennsylvania State University School of Medicine in Hershey for his M.D. degree. After completing his orthopedic surgery residency at the Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, Dr. Keener completed his fellowship training in hand and upper extremity surgery at the NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases.

A Board Eligible orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Keener is a member of the Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Society as well as the Mennonite Medical Association.

I really liked Dr. Keeper. He speaks clearly and intelligently. Great eye contact. Didn't talk down to me. He made sure I understood all my options. I would definitely go back to him if needed.

Clinic staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Keener is very professional and thorough. He explained all options and his recommendations completely and helped me feel comfortable.

Dr Keener was very knowledgeable and explained in detail the cause of the problem and how he would take care of it by several options as well. I highly recommend him.
