Dr. Brian Keith Keller, MD

After being a patient for nearly 20 years, I am highly disappointed with the quality of care. It frequently requires 4-5 separate visits to correctly diagnose a single medical issue, resulting in multiple unnecessary deductibles and insurance claims on my end. Furthermore, the doctor spends an unacceptably short amount of time with patients. My last two consultations lasted exactly 2:18 and 3:55. It is incredibly difficult to feel confident in a health assessment that takes less than four minutes to perform

Excellent doctor!

I have been going to Dr. Keller for 15 years and it has been a wonderful experience until his old office staff left for retirement or whatever. Ever since then, you can never get through to anyone, this is Tuesday and I have been trying to get my prescription refilled which should have been refilled from my last office visit and they still have not authorized my prescription. This prescription is for my diabetes, so it's nothing to play around with. I am sorry Dr. Keller, you are a wonderful doctor, but I need to change to a better office.

Yesterday I took my 95 year old mother for a checkup. Blood work was ordered for her. This morning we arrived at 8:00 for the blood work after she had been fasting. We waited for 25 minutes and went back to the window. We were told blood work was never ordered. So much incompetence. And the problem is nobody cares.

Not a single person listened to what I said about my insurance and because of this the office over billed by $264.00. This office is dated and poorly maintained. Specifically the head nurse or office manger named Dee completely lied to my face and reassured that issurance would cover the visit. Plain and simple I would 2nd guess any medical opinion given by this doctors office and staff.

Worst experience ever. 1st and last time visit. 45 minute wait time after check in! Lobby is very hot no a/c (which can raise blood pressure). The office is more of a modified house, not at all professional looking. Staff was less than talkative, they were just going through the motions. Nurse aid took blood pressure and said it was high. Because of that instead of getting my prescription I needed, the doctored ordered tests, which costs me $200 instead of a normal co-pay $25 office visit. Had more issues for doctor to address but they ushered me out after the tests and said to follow up in 4 weeks and monitor blood pressure. At home I did my tests for a few weeks and of course I had normal readings each time. Nurse aid cant even do a simple blood pressure test correctly! It seemed they wanted the money, not to help, and by making me follow up there's more money for them from me and my insurance. They even called me to try to come back and take more pointless tests and even mailed me… about it when they couldn't reach me via phone! I will go to an actual doctor's office who is in a professional building with helpful and patient staff next time. Not this place. This is the truth, not a smear. Hope this helps the next person before they go through this experience.

I was told to go get a stress test. I told him I had a fear of needles and IV's. He assured me there will be none of that. Found out I need an IV for test and called for anti anxiety meds. Got them 12 hours prior to procedure, to find they don't work. I'm cancelling stress test over severe anxiety.

I have been seeing him since he took over Dr. James Practice. I was going through a rough spell and was a hot mess at this time in my life. He is a very caring, compassionate doctor with a real personality. He really helped me through a gray part of my life called divorce. He truly cared and saw me through those dark days. He wanted me to seek counseling but he was truly was all the counseling I needed. I will forever be grateful to him. His staff is awesome also and willing to help always.

I have been seeing Dr. Keller for 10 years. He has TRUELY found his calling!! On a scale of 1-10, 10 being excellent I would give him 100!! His office staff is the best ever!
