Terrible bedside manner. Has little compassion for his patients.

This doctor has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen.

He was the first doctor out of 5 who told me he can hear my COPD, all trhw other 5 doctors told me my lungs sounding clear. There was from first meeting on no chemistry between us.

Would highly recommend Dr. Kelly to anyone. I never wait more than ten minutes in the waiting room, the nurses are very friendly and Dr. Kelly always goes out of his way to help me. So glad I found this office!

Issue#1 - needed refills on my seasonal allergy medication (nasacort), couldn't get a prescription because I missed one of the required blood work tests every 6 months (I'm a 27 yr old healthy male). Needed to schedule an office visit in 1.5weeks. Told them my insurance was maxed out and couldn't afford to pay the $150 office visit and $225 blood work for a $15 prescription. Got my nasacort from my wife's doctor refilling hers.Issue #2 - needed a physical before an eye surgery, got me in the next day and gave me a physical. I said thank you, he said you're welcome. 2 weeks later I get a bill from my insurance company for $450. I guess my next day visit was considered a rush (no one told me) and ended up paying that out of pocket (surgery wasn't for another week, no rush was needed)Issue #3 - I've been in good health and have had no need for a visit since winter '07. I have a severe neck sprain that had symptom upon symptom piling up... Neck stiffness, fever @100.6, headache, and… starting nausea. Enough concern for an office visit. I called this morning and was told that in order to squeeze me in, I would have had to have seen him sometime withing the last year. I told her my last visit was 12.07 and it's now 1.09. Only 13months can't she be flexible? Nope!I told her I was quite disapponted and was interested in switching doctors. She said "Sure! most doctors have a rule about not seeing patients in a year. We'll forward your records."Wow is all I could think. Our Healthcare system is out of control... I cannot recommend Dr. Brian Kelly to anyone.
