On a very snowy day when schools were cancelled.. I missed a confirmed appointment. As a family of four we have only ever missed one appointment. We were sent a letter saying were not a good fit for this dentists office. They not only cancelled my husbands and kids appointments but also cancelled my mother’s appointments whom has nothing to do with this. Moral of the story .. don’t miss an appointment ever or they will kick you out

Dr Klym makes his patients his number one priority. He uses advanced technology and a caring staff to make sure his patients recieve high quality care. I would highly recommend Dr Klym for anyone seeking a dentist in the Traverse City area!

Love the place!!! Not everyone loves going to the dentist, but at Dr Klym Office it's hard not to!! With a dentist on the cutting edge of dentistry and professional, knowledge, helpful and friendly staff what's not to love. Full service dentistry!

Dr. Brian Klym and the entire staff at Northwood Dental is by far the best dentist office in the area. From my very first visit, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable both by the friendly competence of the staff and the pleasant environment of the office itself. Dr. Klym is highly trained in root canal therapy, cosmetic dentistry, implants and does sedation dentistry. Dr. Klym utilizing all the latest technology too. I have the utmost confidence in his knowledge, skill, and professionalism. Kudos and the highest recommendation to Dr. Brian Klym and everyone at Northwood Cosmetic/General Dentistry.

Dr. Klym and his staff listen to the patients. They do everything to make the patient comfortable. Pain relief is top notch. Dr. Klym is sensitive to the sensitivities of his patients. During my last visit, I think he asked me at least 6 times, Are you doing alright? I highly recommend this doctor for all your dental needs. GO BLUE! All hail Michigan!

Dr Klym is vet qualified. Unfortunately his office staff is horrible, rude and difficult to deal with. Won't go back.
