Office will tell you, multiple times, they are a provider of your insurance when they are not. Don't just sign the forms without asking for them to print them and read them in detail. Ask about cost of service and any supplies provide BEFORE you accept. They'll charge you 350 dollars for a boot you can get on Amazon for 35 dollars. During the first visit, 330 dollars, they charged an additional 75 dollars to read X-rays. Interesting that I had 2 other doctors look at the X-rays and they didn't charge me extra. Not only is the office unethical, not too sure about the doctor's ability. 1300 plus dollars for 2 appointments and 2 boots AND not one once of relief. RUN, if you can, in the oppose direction, and if you can't run have someone drive you as far as you need to go to get the care you need.
