Brian I. Labow, MD, is associate plastic surgeon-in-chief and director of the Adolescent Breast Clinic in the Department of Plastic and Oral Surgery at Boston Children’s Hospital, as well as an associate professor of surgery at Harvard Medical School. Dr. Labow earned his medical degree from Harvard Medical School and completed his surgical residency at Massachusetts General Hospital and plastic surgery residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, followed by fellowship training in hand and microsurgery at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. I had my breast reduction done by Dr. Labow when I was 15. Being a teenager and undergoing surgery is scary, but Dr. Labow and his team were absolutely incredible. They provided me with the most seamless patient experience possible. My surgery went perfectly and I have been so pleased with the results. I was a 36H and am now a 36D. It’s been almost five years since the surgery and I am so thankful for Dr. Labow! I absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a kind, professional doctor who will treat you like a top priority!

My daughter had a wonderful experience with Dr. Brian Labow and his team at Boston Children's Hospital. This team clearly knows what they are doing and Dr. Labow is nothing short of Michaelangelo! Thank you, Dr. Labow and team! We are forever grateful that we found a surgeon like you is who works with teens and my daughter is delighted!

I am 21 and just got a boob reduction with Dr Labow. After seeing different surgeons, I was confident with him and his staff. I was an F and now I am a 32 C. It has only been a week and my overall quality of life has improved. He did an excellent job. The shape, positioning and size is flattering. Great, life alternating decision!!!!

As a 21 year old getting a reduction surgery it can be really scary, you want to look your absolute best. Dr Labow performed my reduction, I felt incredibly confident in his and his team’s hands. He was very reassuring with any concerns I might have and talked me through the entire operation and post-operation process so I knew exactly what I was looking at. He made my mom feel confident in my decision to have this surgery as well (she was way more worried than I was). I cannot thank and recommend Dr. Labow enough!

My expierence at Boston Childrens Hospital was fantastic. The staff were so kind and caring and really made me feel comfortable. Dr. labow is great and very understanding and amazing at what he does. I would definitely recommend him to anyone

This surgeon botched my sons surgery and failed miserably to fix the problem. Had to pay thousands with a qualified surgeon to repair the issue. Did not take responsibility for his error and I would never recommend him...ever. !

Was very nervous for my daughter's procedure but Dr Labow ,his team and his staff were amazing. They made us feel very informed and very comfortable. Great attitude.
