Very thorough, his treatment worked right away

I was referred to Dr. Le for a very simple routine cataract surgery. His people called for my records at my current eye doctor, and they sent them over weeks before. (Waited ~5 weeks for appointment.) Those records described a complete history that he reviewed for the first time minutes or seconds before I was escorted in to see him. The office took me back 35 minutes after my appointment time, and I had arrived 15 minutes early for paperwork and turned it in 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment. So in total I was waiting almost an hour before being taken back. 30 minutes more in back, then waiting for the doctor. He comes in and filibusters immediately about why he isn't comfortable doing the surgery, despite being referred by his friend. And so I am like: why am I even here? You could have called me a month ago so I could get the needed surgery done in my 2018 deductible period, now everything is kicked. Thanks for being an inattentive moron, doc. I would never see you nor… refer people to you with that sort of demeanor. I won't even take your referral at this point. Starting fresh.
