Dr. Brian Raymond Leon, MD

He has nice smile and appearance/manner. But he does not pay attention to your health. A waitress can appear nice but she might not be able to bring good food to you because she doesn't have a good chef inside. It is the same here with this doctor. To see you is his way to keep his job, but to treat your health with care and knowledge and attention is not his job. The system doesn't require a doctor to be a good doctor to keep his job. If you care about yourself, don't go to see this doctor.

My first visit was tough, but it made me respect him more. He is easy to talk to and ask questions.

Dr. Leon was referred to me by a friend who told me he was the best Dr. in the world. I was having some health issues and not getting any answers. I made an appointment to see Dr. Leon not expecting much since I had been so disappointed by so many other doctors. That was a little over 15 years ago. I am still satisfied with the care that I receive and would recommend him to any one.

Dr. Leon has been my doctor at this practice for many years. He is engaged, listens to concerns, and is knowledgeable about medication side effects and uses (he was a pharmacist before getting MD). Staff will work you in to see him if it is urgent; regular physical appointments need to be scheduled well in advance because he is busy and popular. He has a great bedside manner, sense of humor, and won't prescribe antibiotics when you have a virus (that's a GOOD thing - since antibiotics do nothing for a virus). He will also refer to other specialists readily when appropriate. He's a great doctor and I have recommended him to friends.

I have been a patient of of Dr. Leon's over ten years. I have been very impressed with his ability to listen, assess and diagnose my medical issues. As a cancer survivor, Dr. Leon immediately assessed my illness and established the prompt protocol for my diagnosis confirmation and treatment. He is apporpriately challenging, enouraging and affirming concerning progress made. His knowledge of pharmacology is a definite asset to his internal medicine practice. I have recommended him to others, and do so happily and with confidence.

Dr. Leon has been my doctor for 16 years. He has taken care of while sick from cancer etc. I trust him 100percent. He will listen to why I am seeing him, discuss his thoughts and then will schedule the necessary tests. He can be a bear if he feels you aren't takeing him seriously, especially if he feels your shopping for a doctor to dispense drugs. I highly recommend Dr Leon.

Dr. Leon took the time to listen to my concerns. He didn't rush me. He gave me detailed advice on the possible cause of my ailments;described the treatment plan in detailed;gave me detailed advice on what I should do in order to prevent this from recurring.On my follow up visit, he was genuinely pleased at how much I had improved, and again he listened to me - most doctors do not do that anymore.

Doctor is rude. Terrible bedside manner. Was abusive and hurt my back and now am 100% worse. Never, ever go to this animal. Hospital should get rid of him immediately!
