Dr. Brian Avery Lilien

15 months following a disappointing procedure and paying by credit card, with a receipt for the payment, I have received a further bill for tacked on services. I received a bill with no identified service, no identified address, no provider. The office stated that they did not bill Medicare yet in future missives states that they billed insurance (my insurance denies this bill receipt). Patients should be concerned that unidentified billing me occur 15 months after paying for service.

I want to thank you for your follow up last week in getting me a copy my "Patient Ledger" and fielding questions. Also, I appreciate you advising me to use option "1" on your phone system during normal business hours to get a live person rather than leaving a message. I want to extend my sincere appreciation for the dental treatment and customer service I received from Dr. Lilien. Dr. Lilien did an outstanding job with a very difficult and complex wisdom tooth extraction that had been impacted for more than 41 years. His surgical skills were remarkable and I suffered no nerve damage. Dr. Lilien's surgical assistance, is totally amazing. She's so caring and compassionate as demonstrated with her great listening skills. She takes the time to fully explain the surgical process and what's to be expected during the recovery period, including the possibility of a dry socket. Unfortunately I did experience a dry socket which can happen, however the customer… service and follow up treatment I received was nothing short of outstanding! You understood the pain I was in and assisted by getting me a "rush" follow up appointment with Dr. Lilien at the Gilbert location this past Monday. Also, I want to thank Dr. Lilien for returning my "after hours call" on Sunday. After receiving the dry socket treatment I'm feeling much better, with just mild discomfort and it's thanks to all of you...Great job!!! I look forward to getting it repacked again tomorrow, so I can feel even better for this weekend. ~B.A.
