***** I haven't went anywhere without make-up for years, but I was in severe pain and my husband said, "you are going to the doctor's right now"... hat, coat and purse and we were in front of Dr. Brian C. Lofgran's office. My husband went to get a wheelchair. I noticed a man standing by the car. I thought he was staring at me and how would I know? (He had sunglasses on). I had been a little ill-mannered, out of my own discomforts and pain...only to find out a few minutes later he was my husband's doctor, who was treating me. Yet, there he was being totally professional. He was kind, compassionate and listening intensively. I later realized that the good doctor was most likely meeting us out front, in form of caring assistance. (My husband had called there, with details as I didn't have an appt. and wasn't a patient) Then, Dr. Brian Lofgran met with my prolonged pain and injury, with immediate relief, solid success and follow up. Also, his receptionists are amazing. The… lady attempted to take my information. I could barely talk as tears rolled down my face. They were quick in assessing my present state. She immediately stopped taking information and then all of the receptionists actively took measures to secure and preserve my dignity. I was stunned at how quickly I was in a room and cared for. Thank you for your overall professional care and diligence!

I have taken both my parents to see Dr Lofgran. I was impressed with the time he took to listen to their concerns and provide excellent patient care.

I took my mother to the ER in Heber 3 times with in 5 days and she was complaining of phnmonia like syptoms and severe back pain. They done blood work and xrays all three times and said that there was nothing wrong except that she was recovering from phnemonia like symptoms even though my Mother and myself said that her back was really causing her unbearable pain. So after her suffering another week and getting worse, I took her to the ER in Park City and the Dr. there found that she has a compression fracture in her lower back!! three visits at the Heber ER and Dr Lofgran couidnt see it!!!!! He just wouldnt listen to his patients!!!! I wouldnt send one of my dogs to him now!! He should be ashamed for the pain he put my Mother through because he didnt have the capabilities to properly diagnose her correctly!!
