Dr. Lugo was the lead physician during my father's treatment in ICU (Lancaster's ICU). There were many internal injuries and he lead the treatments of a team of approx 5 other doctors. Most notable was Dr. Lugo's approachable, comforting and flexible bedside manner. The time he provided to explain details to the family, make sure all our questions were answerd and make sure we understood options and treatments was much appreciated. It was a very tragic and dark time for our family to deal with such decisions and he helped make it easier. Without a doubt, I would definitely recommend Dr. Lugo to anyone that is seeking services in his specialty.

He went above and beyond his call of duty. He never gave up and his diligence to his work paid off. He saved my sister. He is the best in my eyes.
