Dr. Brian Patrick Mason, MD

TWO WORDS TO DESCRIBE THIS DR: Unprofessional and Unhygienic: What was concerning was his blatant disregard for basic hygiene. At one point during the examination, he abruptly left the room without changing his gloves and to make matters worse, he stayed out of the room for several minutes before returning, all the while wearing the same pair of gloves that he had on prior to leaving the room! Overall, my experience with this doctor was deeply disappointing and unsettling. His poor bedside manner and lack of attention to basic hygiene practices have left me feeling let down and wary of seeking medical care in the future. It is essential for healthcare professionals to prioritize patient safety and comfort, and this doctor's behavior serves as a stark reminder of the importance of empathy, respect, and proper hygiene in the medical field.

Went to ER with chest pains shaking and anxiety 46 year old Veteran and would not provide any medication knowing I was going on vacation. If I ever go back and he comes in I will leave before seeing him again.

My visit was awesome showed care and concern. I received info on aftercare for another issue. Thank you
