A native of Northwest Indiana, Doctor McGue returned to the area upon completion of dental school because he considers Northwest Indiana and the Indiana Dunes area one of the best place to live, raise children, and practice dentistry in the Midwest. Doctor McGue received his doctorate in dental surgery from Indiana University and has undergraduate degrees from Wabash College and Southwestern Michigan College.
Since graduating from dental school, Doctor McGue has been active taking dental continuing education courses. He has accumulated over 1000 hours of dental education after dental school. In 2001 he received the prestigious Fellowship Award from the Academy of General Dentistry by accumulating 600 hours of continuing education and passing a rigorous written examination encompassing all areas of dentistry. During the course of their careers, less than 5% of dentists in the United States have ever been awarded this honor.
Doctor McGue resides in Chesterton with his …wife, Sue, and their three children. In his free time he is active in boy scouts and enjoys coaching youth soccer.
