Given a crown which fit poorly and broke almost immediately. I was given a very expensive price of several thousand dollars additional payment for root canal and adding another tooth to existing partial. I opted to have tooth pulled since I could not afford that. I was told it would cost just as much to pull it. I should have left then. Before I could process all this they went ahead with the root canal. They had me pay that day. I overpaid since the insurance paid more than they told me. They did not advise me of this. I called and asked for the overpayment to be sent to me. To me this borders on fraud or at least questionable business practices.

Was told root canal was going to cost 1200.00 out of pocket after insurance. Paid 600 somewhere else. Why are they charging twice as much for same procedure. Cancelled remaining appointments.

Everything was fine but this place is outrageously expensive. I truly felt like I was given the run around and procedures that I didn't need just so they could squeeze more money out of me. I'm really thinking of finding a different dentist.

My famliy had going to dr midgette for over 20 years . Until recently my wife and I went to have filling they reinsured us that it wood be covered by insurance but several weeks later we got a bill for composite fillings for the amount of $800 dollars when confronting them about it they acked rude and told us that its our fault that need better dental insurance and gave us a extended time to pay . None the less we stop going back after paying the bill , that's the service you get for being a patient for over 20yrs

Stay away from this office! While the care provided was good, the billing and staff were horrible. Prior to some fillings, I told them my insurance did NOT cover white composites beyond the first 6 teeth. The staff assured me the insurance company would cover it. The insurance company ONLY covers a reduced amount and I was responsible for HUNDREDS of dollars of the bill. Trying to talk to them about it only resulted in me being blamed, no offer to assist or compromise, only an extended period to pay WITH interest being charged. This office seems to be more worried about being "right" than considering the bigger picture. There are many offices where they will give HONEST and complete estimates of the patient responsibility. Had I been dealt with honestly, I could have had the work completed in a sequence that I could have afforded. Once my complete bill was paid, I cancelled my remaining appointments, and was asked why. When I tried to tell them, they could not have cared… any less than they did. Good luck with them! And be warned, all potential patients!

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions. Highly satisfied patient!
