Worst doctor I have ever seen in my life! Saw him in the ER and he just gave me fluids and told me I was alright. No blood work, nothing!! Awful.

My first visit to Cape Regional emergency room and I was very pleased. Dr. Nichols and the staff were great! I wish he had a private practice the community needs physicians like him.

Took his time interviewing and examining me. Made sure I understood my diagnosis and answered all my questions on the medication I needed. Staff was great and called me the next day to see how I was doing and if I needed follow up.

Dr. Nicholls did a wonderful job taking care of my wrist fracture. He quickly injected medication into the area which gave me immediate relief. He showed me the X-rays, reset my wrist, then casted it. After he repeated the X-rays he showed me the pictures and everything was perfectly in place. I followed up with my orthopedist who praised how well a job Dr. Nicholls did. I was in and out of Cross Keys Urgent Care after approximately 45 minutes. I'm so glad my friend recommended Cross Keys Urgent Care and stopped me from going to the emergency room. The staff were wonderful. Thank you so much!

He was very concerned about my pain and came back to me multiple times to make sure I was comfortable. He also took his time to explain to me and again to my family what my condition was and why I needed to stay in the hospital. I wish all emergency room doctors were as caring, smart and patient as doctor Nichols.

Very thorough in his evaluation, accurate diagnosis, and excellant explanation. Thanks to Dr. Nicholls my experience at Cape Regional emergency room was a positive one and I am feeling much better.
