Dr. Brian J. Olivier, a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, was graduated from Jesuit High School (New Orleans), Louisiana State University, and LSU School of Dentistry.
After receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from LSUSD, Dr. Olivier completed a residency program in Advanced General Dentistry.
Following the completion of his Advanced General Dentistry training, Dr. Olivier then completed a specialty residency program in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.
During his doctoral training at LSU School of Dentistry, Dr. Olivier was awarded the Baldridge Scholarship for academic excellence. In addition, he was a member of various honor societies and served as President of the Student Government Association. During his orthodontic residency, he received the prestigious James P. Bordelon Memorial Award as the most outstanding member of his class.
Dr. Olivier …is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthodontics. His professional affiliations include: the American Board of Orthodontics (Diplomate), the American Association of Orthodontists, the Southern Association of Orthodontists, the Louisiana Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the Louisiana Dental Association, the New Orleans Dental Association, and the Northlake Dental Association.
Immediately following the completion of his specialty training, Dr. Olivier was invited to join the faculty at LSU School of Dentistry as an Associate Professor of Orthodontics, where he thoroughly enjoys educating other dentists whom are training to become orthodontists.
Dr. Olivier is dedicated to providing high quality orthodontic care in a friendly and caring environment. He thoroughly enjoys working with both children and adults. Dr. Olivier maintains a private practice limited to orthodontics in Metairie, Louisiana. He enjoys LSU football, playing golf, and spending time with his wife (Nanette) and son (Preston).
