The only thing this company cares about is bilking patients. Especially if you don't have insurance. Money aside they constantly threaten to fire you unless you agree to injections - whether they work or not, whether they're needed or not. This is a front to mafia tour tactics. Keep looking for an honest and caring doctor there has to be one somewhere. The more the powers that be sell the idea that opiates are a danger to society the more the doctors think they can grant you help or not or charge a ton of money most of us don't have and if we did why do they feel entitled to it. Because they are getting rich off of the pain conditions so many are suffering with.

This dr has the WORST bedside mannor and churns patients out like a money making factory. Its all about unethical procedures and he could care less about actual physician care.

They are the worst pm ever. They send you all over to different offices you never see the same PA. 9 months and I never met either dr. I had a serious problem and couldn't even get Leslie in chandler to call me back, how unprofessional. She'll give you any narcotic just as long as you do some sort of procedure and get you hooked on oxycondone so you keep doing their procedures and once they make your injuries worse and burn up all your insurance they drop you like a hot potato. The DEA Needs to shut them down asap!!!!

I have been dealing with chronic pain since a MVA in 1995. My previous pain doctor has gone into Family Medicine, and I was looking for assistance with treatment. I found Dr. Page to be very candid (which is vitally important to me) and understanding of my situation. He was direct, did not waste our time together, and offered terrific and compassionate advise. I look forward to dealing with him in the future.

You wait forever to get in to see the doctors and they don't listen. Felt like cattle. Herd them in and rush them out.

Dr page is amazing at what he does I see him for a few snack fuse back and reconstructed leg he has definitely gotten my pain under control and I also see dr. C who is amazing

I've gone to Advanced Pain Management for almost 2 years & I am grateful for the attention, care & compassion I've received, from day one. I've had the privilege of seeing Dr Page & Carmen Carabais, the Nurse Practitioner. APM is not just a Pill Mill, the thing that sets this practice apart, is that alternative interventions are required to be a patient with this practice. Pain Meds only go so far & APM utilizes Nerve Blocks, Lumbar Epidural, Facet Injections, Physical Therapy & several other interventions. I love APM & am forever grateful, for their help, in giving me a better quality of life.

The 40th St. and Greenway office for advanced pain management has only one provider, an NP Nicole Brown. I know that sometimes people have personality conflicts and not everyone gets along, and I'm sure not everyone in the world likes me LOL, but I have never had more horrible appointments that I had with this provider. After multiple visits where she actually made me cry I finally asked her if she enjoyed it. I asked her if she felt she was providing Quality customer care. I told her she was condescending, and mean. She wrote in her notes that I was no longer welcome at that clinic which is funny since I told her, through my sobs that I would not be coming back. My 25-year-old daughter witnessed the entire exchange and stated she has never seen anyone treat a patient the way I was treated â?? and she takes me to a lot of doctors appointments since I am a chronic pain patient. Advanced Pain Management has other providers, unfortunately no other providers at the North location so… now I must travel. Heather at the 16th St. and Thomas location and she also works at other locations seems to be kind, professional, and thorough. She listens, actually reads notes in the file, examines me â?? actually touched where I told her it hurt LOL, and I will continue working with her. APM is under Dr. Brian page, do I only see for injections or other procedures. He genuinely seems like a nice guy, however when I told him about my experience with Nicole he asked me if I had asked for more medication and that's why she was upset with me. No, no that's not what it was about and I've never asked for more medication, nor have I ever lost a prescription , Nor do I take extra medication nor am I a drug seeker. But thank you for that. Overall the office staff seems understaffed, as the phone lines are always busy and hold times are long. Return phone calls take days if they happen at all. It is really hit or mess with the staff. Some are absolutely wonderful and happy and courteous and friendly and others just seem not to care and are rude and just seem overworked. I've been to four of the offices.

I feel very comfortable with this doctor def. Controls my pain and explains everything very well..

The staff is kind and welcoming. The wait time was wonderful and I was very impressed by their professionalism.
