Best ENT DOC around! Hooked me up then my 3 year old! Nobody better

Will never go back to him. Spent less than 1 minute with me. Not at all concerned. Did not do a proper exam, and wrote me a prescription that made the problem worse.

Dr. Pelczar comes off as very arrogant and strong willed. In my first encounter with him nearly 10 years ago, he did a CT scan of my sinuses following a surgery I had in another state. His diagnosis was that I needed another surgery. Even back then, his vibe when I shared how awful the first surgery was had made me not have it done. He just reacted suddenly with hands back. His reaction basically talked me out of it, even though he was saying I needed it. So I didn't do it. 6 years ago, Dr Pelczar took out my son's tonsils and that went great, but our interaction was minimal. At least I felt that he was a good surgeon and for that reason, I returned recently because I'm tired of fighting this disease. I know from his diagnosis long ago that the problem is structural and I'm tired of fighting and suffering. Dr. Pelczar yet again let me down. He came off as very sharp and non believing in what I was saying (I guess my record had been destroyed, so he had no proof of… past diagnosis). I've done nearly everything I could try to fight this disease, and yet he acted as if I was just giving him mixed information. Honestly, he made me feel stupid and more discouraged about my health problem. After sleeping on it, I asked the office to have Dr. Pelczar call me at which time I decided to change my appointment to be with one of his colleagues (big mistake!). He called me the next morning when I was in good spirits. During this conversation he flat out attacked me. I accidentally called him Brian after he quickly corrected me the first time and it triggered him to verbally attacked me for it. I explained how I just wanted him to know that I wanted him to believe me and support me. He just chastised me again for the disrespect (even though I was apologetic and corrected my mistake). I'm just used to talking with people on a first name basis (I'm a product rep for the pet industry). I was respectful and reasonable with Dr. Pelczar, yet I left the phone feeling like my energy was sucked dry from this man. He wouldn't allow me to see his colleagues and referred me to Deaconess (as if to say he owns the entire practice at St. V's). I don't recommend him unless you are prepared to just sit back and let him do his thing---which I'm sure he does well.

Dr. Pelczar successfully performed my parotidectomy in Billings at the Yellowstone Surgical Center. My recovery is going well and I am very pleased with the results. I found him to be honest and competent. He also had a great team for support during the procedure.

Do NOT trust this dr. Pelczar is completely incompetent. He missed (or refused) to diagnose my loved one with a major lymphoma tumor in his throat. Six months after telling my brother that there was nothing wrong with him, that my brother should go home & live with it, another dr removed a near baseball-sized malignant tumor next to his jugular. Prognosis is grim. Dr Pelczar was overheard telling another dr that my brother was "not worth wasting resources on". What happened to compassionate care or first do no harm?? Drs arrogance will probably cost my bro his life.

Dr. Pelczar took tonsils and adnoids out on both of my daughters. Did an excellent job.

Was very friendly and informative when I took my 6 year old son in for a follow up for tubes. He spoke with my son and included him on what was going to happen. Would recommend Dr. Pelczar.

In one word- incompetent.
