Only giving one star because it’s not possible to give less. This excuse for a doctor is rude, unprofessional and cares only about making money. Laughs at patients and dismisses concerns refusing to help. Narcissistic jerk. Save your money.

All supporting staff were very friendly, however I was not impressed by Dr. Perry. He acted rushed and almost annoyed that I asked questions or sought his care in the first place. I will find another ENT for the future rather than return to him again.

The office staff is nice but he really made us feel like we were wasting his time. My daughter was the patient and we explained we were referred to him after several comments to us that pretty much made us feel we were stupid for coming. Very sarcastic and talking above us it was to the point where I had to remind him we were not doctors and that is why we were there to seek help at the recommendation of another healthcare professional!! No bed side manner my daughter was upset when we left!!

My experience.... Hmmm well got an appt right away, got my tonsils out right away couldn't handle the pain after surgery so here's my story. Got my tonsils out on a Friday, doc said if u need anything else for pain you can take motrin with the pain meds he gave me. So I did and I couldn't find a BP on me (I'm a CENA) nor would my electronic BP cuff read me. Motrin thins your blood. So anyways, I ran out of pain meds on Tuesday, I knew ibwas gonna run out so I started calling his office first thing Monday morning, no answer all day, office is closed Tuesday, called first thing Wednesday, got an answer wohooo! Did it do me any good. NO! Receptionist said she would call back before the end of the day, think I heard from her? NOPE! Called all day Thursday still no answer or returned any calls andi left plenty of messages!!!! So about 2:30 Thursday afternoon I drive up to the office because I'm in so much pain I'm crying! And Lord behold people do exsist there. Thing anyone was working?… Nope waiting room packed 2 of the girls that work there were sitting at the computer watching movies! They send me to the outpatient clinic at the hospital, still have not heard from Dr. So at about 4:30 we go tobredicare clinic because I was still crying because of the pain. I'm in there for maybe a half hr. Dr there was wonderful! He gave me a shot in my butt and prescribed me more pain meds! I def wouldn't recommend going to Dr Perry. If I could give a negative review u bet your sweet little heart I would!

I was a patient for two years. Called office to make appt as I was experiencing excruciating throat pain; could not swallow, drink/eat, talk. Was told by Scheduler 1st appt was over 2 wks out. Drove 40 minutes to office hoping Dr. Perry would make time to examine me. He & his staff spent over 20 minutes telling my husband & I they were too busy & to see some other dr. or ER. My family Doc called an ENT referral they recommend Dr. Douglas Hegyi & that day Dr. Hegyi, Lapeer, MI made time for me, spent 4 minutes to examine my throat with fiber optic scope, saw abscess on my tonsil, ordered immediate CT-scan, after Radiologist report immediately admitted me into the hospital for four days!

By four people I was recommended ( none of which had seen him for tonsils) to go see Dr. Perry, I don't know if he was having a bad day but I have never seen such arrogance from a doctor ever. I've battled my tonsils my whole life ( and was referred by 2 doctors to see a specialist about getting them out) was nervous about even being there because it is a hard recovery as a adult, but right off the bat was treated like I was be interrogated, he was so rude doesn't even explain it. Arrogant from the first sentence he spoke. I come from the belief everybody deserves respect no matter who you are nobody is better than anyone. It was so disappointing as patients we want to feel comfortable with the doctor who could be operating on us, I will be going elsewhere.

I feel he didnt take time with me. Wanted to put tube in my ear and didn't even look into my ears. How can a doctor walk in and say you need tube in your ear without checking your EARS.

My overall experience with Dr. Perry was excellent! His care and professionalsim exceeded my expectations. I have recommended him to friends of mine also.

It turned out to be more of an elective surgery/diagnosis and he did not push doing it but left it up to us. I respected that.
