My husband is a veteran of 20 year in the service . This Doctor treated me last year telling me the VA would nit do a pulmonary test. Well the test got done, the only problem is the veteran with a Witness, could not finish the test it only lasted 19 mins the tech told the veteran to leave He has four lung disease, this So call unethical immortal Doctors employees Dr Kathryn French signed off on the study saying it was normal and she didn't have one to compare too The veteran can't pass a pulmonary test he's lungs are like glue. Her boss Dr Phemester is a in my words not worth nothing. Any Doctor that allows another one to lie needs help. The Federal VA didn't nothing but however the State of Florida is, thanks to Governor Scott To these Two So called medical professionals you on the outside would not ever get away with this And of I have anything to do with it you want either. You hurt the veteran, his case and you call yourself people or a person who is there to… serve..whatever.. God will deal with you both for your lies.. Dr Phemester if your a psychiatrist then you don't think a man trying to harm his wife is not mentally ill? Your other stupid psychiatrist placed him on. Numerous meds causing to be where's he is. As I said God will work this oiUT you license and your job should be gone

He let his staff lie over a pulmonary test, he called me and told me he would not treat my veteran husband. But was told otherwise. Then the doctor he had to review it said my Veteran husband passed it. Less then 20 days later another one was done he didn't pass it. Dr Phemister is not a nice person he uses he's position as a VA Doctor to get out of ethics and morals He did not review the specialist and the biospsy my husband has had, also claims plural plaques are not from Abesotos exposure when the patient has intercystial bronchitis as well. Just to prove to us he wasn't going to allow someone else to go over his head.. I think that show how much of a horrible Doctor and human being he his.
