Almost imposible to get through since new system, tool me to go in to get bp, checked anytime, not true. called to get follow up, they made the appointment. same day as i had another app. that day. i was a patient of dr. quirk foe 40 years. what a shame. .

After trying to obtain an appointment to discuss my 87 yr-old dad's rapidly failing health and the urgent need to revoke his driver's license, I was asked to simply speak with Dr. Quirk via telephone rather than use up an appointment time during flu season. I have now called his office twice in one week after never receiving so much as a return phone call. This potential life and death situation has become critical. My elderly parents have much faith in Dr. Quirk, but at this point, I'm beginning to wonder why. I remember him as a young conscientious resident physician years ago, full of hope and promise. Now it seems that he doesn't have much concern for some of his patients and I'm not sure why. Perhaps he needs to remember what made him choose this career path.
