I actually arrived about 10 mins late, no problem. The Dr. was very pleasant and easy to talk to about my problems.

Visit was very satisfactory. Dr. Ralph hasn't changed much since last I saw him. Wish there were a permanent cure for ear wax.

I highly recommend Dr Ralph! He was very professional, took the time to explain my issues in a way I could understand and he was so kind! Many doctors will listen but do not hear you but that was not the case with Dr Ralph! My issues are improving exactly as he explained! He is a caring doctor and person!
