Dr. Brian E Reynolds, DO

Dr. Reynolds, nurse Tonie and the staff are helpful and take good care of you. If you need to get in quick, it is possible. Dr. Reynolds will send you to a specialist if needed and will follow-up. I've been going for about 5 or 6 years, recommend highly.

I called for an appointment for myself after both of my children saw Dr. Reynolds recently and I was impressed with the Dr's and the nurse's service. The person that answered the phone put me through what felt more like a police interrogation rather than an appointment process. I felt as though our insurance, which I already knew was accepted by the Dr., was way more important than my well-being. I was told that I should go to the emergency room for treatment because my records, from a single visit 4 years prior, were in storage. I have a sore throat so I should visit the emergency room, wait 5 hours to get a prescription for antibiotics, and pay the $1000 ER deductable? I guess I won't be changing to Dr. Reynolds after all even though he is 5 minutes from my home, my family and I like him and believe he is a good Dr., and my current Dr. is 35 minutes away. The drive is easier than dealing with the phone receptionist!

Brian Reynolds is a pathetic doctor. He spends about thirty seconds with you and cannot diagnose you unless you have a huge tumor jutting out of your forehead. I would say he should be a vet, but I don't want to harm any animals.
