Unfriendly staff, difficult to get thru to office, or make an appointment. We would not recommend to anyone!

Dr. Brian Richardson, a particular Doctor, is just the doctor needed when you are facing life and death in the form of cancer. Dr Richardson is "Particular". He is concerned over and attentive to details. He is meticulous where the care of his patient is concerned. He is exacting in the entire process of healing his patients while also being friendly, warm hearted and easy to communicate with. Dr Richardson, in every way possible, is a particularly wonderful Doctor.

Wait time was 2 hours. Front desk rude and unresponsive. Doctor Richardson is a good doctor but over scheduled.

Most friendly and knowledgeable doctor I have ever been to as a patient. Literally saved my life! Love him and his office staff!

1. The individuals at the front desk are rude and disrespectful (even before a word is said). When a patient asks a question, they act and speak in an aggressive and uncooperative manner. 2. When calling to make an appointment or speak with a nurse, you are directed to their voice mail which would be ok if they returned your call. I have never received a call back until after 2 days. Most of the time, the call back never occurs. When talking with others, I've found that others have had the same or similar experiences and have changed to another doctor. I'm also looking for another urologist.
