Although I was impressed with Dr. Rodgers, his office is impossible to contact. After spending over a week to contact them for a simple prescription refill, and not hearing anything back, looks like I will be looking for a new primary physician. This was not my first experience with his office and trying to get a prescription refilled. Thought we had it all worked out after the first time I had this problem.

I switched to Dr. Rogers as my primary care doctor a year ago and he is just amazing. Great bedside manner and very caring and thorough. He created a treatment and lifestyle plan for me and I am down 40 lbs and feel like a new man. I just turned 39 and I am in better shape today and have more energy than when I was 20. Thanks Dr. Rogers!

I was a new patient, went for my first new patient visit. I initially called to set an appointment about 3 weeks before, left a voicemail and finally heard back and was able to schedule an appointment. This should have been red flag number one. Wait time was about 15-20 minutes. Erica took my vitals and Dr. Rogers was with me shortly. My time with Dr. Rogers was great, he spent close to 25 minutes learning about my medical history as well as my family medical history to get the full scope of what my risks or current issues might be. As a result of my feedback and his analysis, Dr. Rogers ordered blood work. I am a hard stick so after attempts to draw blood in the office were unsuccessful I was given a prescription to go to a lab to get bloodwork drawn and processed. In the office their bedside manners were amazing and there were no issues. This is where a seemingly amazing new doctor-patient relationship turned into an absolute letdown and nightmare. Upon arriving at Quest to get… my bloodwork done, the tech was unable to pull the needed tests due to the way the prescription was written. We attempted to call the number on the prescription as well as the listed number for Dr. Roger's office. The number on the prescription was actually for the practice in the suite next door. They were unable to help and as a result, I was unable to get bloodwork done. Dr. Roger's office's voicemail was full so I resorted to emailing Erica to attempt to get clarification so that I could get bloodwork done in time for my follow up. There was no response. I eventually called the number on the prescription again and basically pleaded for them to use whatever alternative means of contact info that they may have for Erica or Dr. Rogers to let them know that their voicemail was full and that there was a patient trying to reach them to get clarification on bloodwork. Within an hour of me making this call I finally got a response from Erica asking where I went to get bloodwork done. Ir responded in detail with location/phone number for where I went and specifics about what they needed, and ended by asking for some sort of update so that I would know how to proceed. This was the last I heard from Erica and never got a response and the voicemail was still full. At this point, I determined that Dr. Rogers was not the doctor for me as the thought of being under the care of a doctor who is impossible to contact is extremely unsettling. I sent one final email asking for an update and noting that I would not be coming in for my follow up without the bloodwork as that would be a waste of a 30-minute drive and appointment for a followup with no pertinent bloodwork. I still received no response, including to one last attempt to reach out this week via email, a month after the last email I sent seeking help and clarification to move forward under the care of Dr. Rogers. To say that this was disappointing would be an understatement. I was excited about being a patient of Dr. Rogers as during my time with him it felt like he listened attentively and took into account everything that I shared with him, which is unfortunately not common these days with PCPs. I wish the experience had a different end result but unfortunately I am having to find a new PCP.

Very friendly staff! Erica is really great. Dr Rogers is such a personable guy, nonjudgmental and willing to actually take the time to talk to you. He is completely straightforward and doesn’t pull any punches but he puts you at ease. This is very important to a 51 year old male who’s basically only going to the dr on a regular basis because he has small children and knows he needs to! Would recommend him at any time

Recommend. Great staff is friendly and competent. Moved into examining room right on time. Dr. Rodgers took time to get full medical picture, was personable and engaging. Did not know this kind of physician was still around!
