Dr. Brian Safier graduated Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts with a B.S. in Biology, and went on to study at New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY. He then completed his three year Pediatric Residency at Schneider Children's Hospital in New Hyde Park, NY. Dr. Safier completed his Adult and Pediatric Allergy and Immunology fellowship at SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine & Biomedical Sciences, and was an elected Residency Committee member at Women's and Children's Hospital in Buffalo.

He is a member of the American Academy of Allergy Asthma & Immunology, and the American College of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology.

Dr. Safier took a detailed history, thoroughly assessed my allergens in the office, and explained my options to create a treatment plan that would help alleviate my symptoms. An overall excellent experience - I already suggested him to my brother who has similar allergy issues.

I suffer from constant yearly sinus infections and had no idea it was even related to allergies. Dr safier took the time to explain all of my options. Will highly recommend to all

I saw Dr. Safier in his new location in Riverhead. He addressed all my concerns and had such great bedside manner, I could tell he really cares and wants to help me with my allergies. Highly recommend!

I saw Dr. Safier for my allergies and I thought he was a great Dr. he was very thorough, compassionate, and helpful In addressing my concerns. I would highly recommend him.

I’ve been going to DR Safier for a few years now he’s a great DR. He has really helped me with my allergies I go for my shots monthly. I feel so much better.

Prescribed medications that would have cost me an arm and a leg without even testing my son for allergies! I asked questions and he gave one word answers with a "well duh! Of course! Don't you know that! Are you stupid?" Kind of an attitude. I did not fill my sons medications, instead I will go to another doctor outside of this office. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone at all for any reason, adult or child.

I was not at all happy with my experience with Dr. Safier. I took my 6 year old son because he's suffering from allergies. He asked me which medications I've given him for his symptoms, I said allegra and claritan. After the skin tests were done on my son we found out he's allergic to trees and grass I said what should I be giving him, he said just eye drops and a nose spray. I said that's it, no decongestants or antihistamines? His response....."well they didn't work before"! Gee, thanks dr! Big help! He was very abrupt and with NO bedside manners. He barely even looked at my son. I rarely write any reviews but I felt a strong need to do so with this one. I will not be going back there and I will not recommend him to anyone.
