Dr. Brian Gary Sandler, MD

i went for first visit for psoriasas, told me to take a biologic medicine, i did not want those because of side effects, he left room during my visit to go do a biopsy on another patient, how rude, then came back and i asked some questions about other skin issues and his answer was old age and sun damage, how arrogant and rude, i will never go back and do not recommend !

I received excellent care from Dr. Sandler and his staff. I had millial cysts under my eye and went to 3 different doctors who all told me nothing can be done. Dr. Sandler, instead, removed my cysts with great care to my skin. Also, there was NO wait time to see him or his staff, very organized and friendly. Highly recommend!

I was very happy with my experience with Dr. Sandler. He was friendly, polite and professional. His staff was also very polite and upbeat. I would HIGHLY recommend him.

Had my first lip filler with Dr. Sandler yesterday (my personal first ever). As soon as he was finished and I looked in the mirror, I was disappointed that I couldn't see any difference. I knew that it would be done in 2 stages, 2 weeks apart but was hoping for something more noticeable right away. I phoned the office when I got home and asked why I wasn't seeing any difference. The nurse said most people do however, there are a rare few that it takes a day or two to see the results. I am so happy to report I was one of the rare few. I am beyond happy with the results I see today. Dr. Sandler obviously knows what he is doing. It only took 4 pokes with the needle (I was a baby about it but think I can do better next time..lol). No bruising, redness or swelling. Looking forward to the remaining fill in 2 weeks. He did recommend another procedure that I am seriously considering now that I have the utmost confidence in his abilities.

Lost tissue samples so malignancy could not be identified. Shoddy practice leading to unnecessary additional samples being taken.

Not happy. Waited 55 minutes to see the Dr and when I finally did I was not impressed. He took all of 5 minutes to look at some spots on my face and another 5 to zap them with some laser gun. After the procedure while I was asking him about if it would scan or anything he walked to the door and was half out the door as he was answering me. I never felt so rushed in my life. I then asked him if he had a minute just to look at a rash and my baby and he flat out said no and to make another appointment. Needless to say, neither of us will be going back to see him.

After months of not knowing what was going on, I finally found a doctor. I was thrilled at first. As I go in for my first appointment, I tell his staff what my concerns were regarding my skin. They were great. Then came my chance to talk to him. Not only did he spend almost NO time with me before he diagnosed me with eczema but regarding my other problems, he flat out looked at me and said, "Lets get this figured out first. You have crappy insurance so Im not going to worry about the other stuff." and left. The second time I told him that the only thing that worked was the steroids and, not knowing anything about them, I asked him if I could just continue taking them. He treated me like an uneducated idiot. Then he was walking out and I asked him what he was going to do and he said, "I dont know. One of the girls will come in and talk to you." Now, a week later I am in worse condition than I was before and I can barely walk not to mention I am pretty sure I have an infection.… Its pretty sad that I would rather go sit in an ER for hours instead of going to an actual doctor who specializes in SKIN CARE.

Had a horrible experience Dr. Sandler made me feel completely irrelevant. I had two suspicious bumps on my arms that I wanted to talk about it and see what the best course of action would be. Instead he just comes in and starts drawing on my arm to 'shave off' my spots. I attempt to mention that last time he removed the root and he ignores me and proceeds. Following that I had an irritation on my eye for over a month, I mention this to the nurse, who in turn tells the doctor; as the appointment is coming to an end, he fails to mention my eye and proceeds to write a prescription. Now 2 months later after my spots have healed I find that the spots are growing back due to the fact that he didn't care to take the time to remove them correctly. I called to express my concerns and was told I could schedule a new appointment at full price and he could "shave off" the spots again....because that worked so well the first time. It's not about the money however it is extremely infuriating to… have someone recommend the exact same treatment when it clearly did not work the first time. I DO NOT recommend this physician.

I have no complaints regarding Dr Sandler and his staff.

My review is based on my experience and the physician assistant who appears to no longer be there by the name of Teri A. Custer. The whole experience of going to any doctor is nerve wracking, for me anyways, having a compassionate staff makes the experience so much better. In the examination room there were four employees of Dr. Sandler's and myself. That is way too many people to have in a small room. I was not asked if it was okay to have all these people in the room, which annoyed me and made me uncomfortable. Terri A. Custer, a former physician assistant of Dr. Sandler's, at first appeared to be friendly, but watch out if you interrupt her she will snap at you like she did to me, she didn't even apologize for the way she treated me, everyone in the room looked at me, I felt so embarrassed, I couldn't wait to get out of there. I canceled my follow up appointment because I did not want to see her again. The best thing to happen to Dr. Sandler's office is that she is no longer… there.
