Dr. Brian Sasso

Brian Sasso is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who for 11 years has dedicated his professional life to delivering therapeutic interventions to individuals who sought out services for varying reasons. Throughout Brian’s career, he has worked with adults. As he has enjoyed his interactions with all populations, he feels his skillset is best served for adults who are experiencing distress. Common interventions center around adults dealing with stress, anxiety, transitions, parental guidance, life changes, and depression. Brian recognizes that each client has different needs, goals, and objectives. No two clients are alike, hence the need for customized individual care. He strives to work with each client to understand their unique needs and customize their treatment for the best possible outcome. The key here is spending time with each client, actively listening to fully understand the presenting issue. Collaborative problem solving and goal setting are essential, as the client …needs to be part of the therapeutic journey. Brian recognizes that therapy in general may be new to you, or that you may have had past experiences that did not mesh well with you. As a therapist, all he asks is that you come in with an open mind! Be open to new ideas and suggestions! Remember, there is no standard map for treatment.
