After being out of work for three months, having two back injections, not feeling better and pay suspended during disability appeal for two months, Dr. Sayers showed me compassion and listened to me. After one visit, I felt that he would find answers and made me feel that there was hope. He immediately helped with my disability appeal and answered all of my neurotic questions.

I sought out Dr Sayers after years of trying to find a correct diagnosis. There was only one fact that I was certain of: whatever I have, it responds to prednisone and I had to have a small dose of prednisone daily to have the muscle strength and reduction of pain in order to hold my full time job. I went in specifically to have Dr Sayers renew this dose so that I could continue to work FT. I also was an out of pocket payor. Keep in mind that at the time of this visit, my symptoms were under control. After running many tests amounting to several hundreds of dollars Dr S refused to renew my prednisone. He wouldn't even renew it for one month so that I could find another Dr to see me. My last question to him was: Isn't it possible Dr, that these tests are negative because I am not flared up right now, which is because I HAVE been taking 5 MG of prednisone daily? "Yes, but I still won't renew your prednisone." was his answer.

I have been blessed by Dr. Sayers' kindness, empathy, and dedication for 20 years. I feel like he is part of our family because he has treated me through the ups and downs of life ensuring that I stay attentive to the mind/body connection. Truly, he is the most compassionate dr I have ever used! I highly recommend him! He is "The Best of the Best!" I travel over an hour to see him. If I were to move out of state, I would fly in for my appointment!
