Dr. Schactman always makes you feel comfortable asking questions and shows sincere concern for your health and well-being. It is rare today to find a doctor with such warmth, professionalism, and dedication. The office staff are also wonderful, friendly, and welcoming. I was looking for a new doctor because the one I was seeing was getting old and his office was out of the way for me. I got two referrals for this doctor from two separate people that didn’t know each other, both telling me how great he is. The first time I met Dr. Schactman I liked his bed side manner, you can tell he’s listening to you and he takes his time. I feel very comfortable with him as my doctor, I feel lucky that I found him. The whole office in general is very nice, I don’t wait very long at all. I don’t think I waited 7 minutes to see Dr. Schactman. I have absolutely no hesitation in making an appointment to see him because I know it’s no going to take a long time and it will be a good experience.
