Dr. Brian Schactman from Clifton, NJ is truly an exceptional internal medicine doctor. He is compassionate, kind, patient, and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen carefully, explains everything in a way that is easy to understand, and never makes you feel rushed. Dr. Schactman always makes you feel comfortable asking questions and shows sincere concern for your health and well-being. It is rare today to find a doctor with such warmth, professionalism, and dedication. The office staff are also wonderful, friendly, and welcoming. I was looking for a new doctor because the one I was seeing was getting old and his office was out of the way for me. I got two referrals for this doctor from two separate people that didn’t know each other, both telling me how great he is. The first time I met Dr. Schactman I liked his bed side manner, you can tell he’s listening to you and he takes his time. I feel very comfortable with him as my doctor, I feel lucky that I found him. The whole office in general is very nice, I don’t wait very long at all. I don’t think I waited 7 minutes to see Dr. Schactman. I have absolutely no hesitation in making an appointment to see him because I know it’s no going to take a long time and it will be a good experience.

Dr. Schactman is thorough, friendly and caring. Advises me on preventative care and makes me feel at home at every visit. I also visit the specialists at New Jersey Physicians, LLC and think that they are all very competent and professional, but Dr. Schactman is my favorite!

I've been seeing Dr. Schactman for about 8 years for a chronic condition. I see him about 4 times/year and sometimes guidance via telephone as well. He is knowledgeable and also careful. He has a very pleasant demeanor. In my opinion he is an excellent physician on all counts.

I've been a patient of Dr. Schactman for about 12 years. I see him four times a year for a chronic condition. Always up to date on the latest studies and treatments of my condition.I've sent family members to him, all came away impressed. Perfect example of a doctor who treats the entire patient, not just the current problem. I can't write enough good things about him.
