My first visit with Dr. Seng was beyond my expectations. The first words he said was you have severe arthritis in both knees and bone spurs. You can not climb stairs but you can go down stairs. He went on to to pinpoint exactly what I was and was not able to physically do. I was so happy to have a doctor tell me these problems before I told him. I knew I had found the right surgeon. The surgeries went smoothly with the normal pain. Dr Seng and his staff and FORCE saw me through recovery of both surgeries. It has been three months since my last knee replacement and I have my life back. There are no words to express my thanks to Dr. Seng and his staff.

Dr Seng did a great job on my hip replacement which was bone on bone. I have an autoimmune disease which affects my bones and joints so I think neither of us was looking forward to my surgery ( of course he never said that.) I am almost 12 weeks post op and I can do so many activities without pain now. Before I was limping and it was so hard just to get in the car! I still have pain at the end of the day if I overdo it but again, I have extenuating circumstances. The Force program was such a bonus and a great way to ask questions. I am so thankful to Dr Seng and his team for giving me more quality of life.

Three joints, one surgeon. Dr Seng and his team are the best I’ve seen. Knee replacement has become so normal that I talk to many people that had varying degrees of success. Dr Seng first replaced a worn out hip then quickly replaced my opposite knee. My recovery was swift and positive at 63. Last November we replaced the other knee and my recovery has been very similar. My expectation from each has been 100% recovery and return to strength and mobility…that’s why they had to be replaced. Dr Seng’s team has been both encouraging and honest about what to expect and what is possible. Big thanks for their amazing capability and also to the team at Northside in Canton. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else and I love to refer friends to Dr Brian Seng.

Dr. Seng is very personable, understands the patients' individual needs, and a superior surgeon. The staff he works with is top notch. I am so lucky to have found this group and Dr. Seng. Walking again has been a miracle for me.

Dr. Seng and staff are top notch. Everyone knows their roll and knows what they are doing. In and out within 4 hours for my left hip replacement. I am glad my health provider at Piedmont referred me to his office. Amazing results. I am 64 years old working full time at Kroger. Painfree.. and greatful for Dr. SENG and his staff!

Just had my second TKR by Dr Seng. Had my first one in 2024 by Dr Seng. Best way for me to tell you about my overall experience is that, Dr Seng has given me my life back!! Sure the procedures were painful, physical therapy was painful, but the pain from the surgeries and PT are nothing compared to the pain and stiffness I was having prior to surgery. Dr Seng is an excellent surgeon and has wonderful bedside manners. His staff is amazing and will go above and beyond to help in anyway possible. If you read this review, and have knee pain, stop living with it. Go see Dr Seng. I promise the pain and suffering does come to a end. By the way, I just finished walking a mile and I have no pain nor stiffness in either knee. I am 12 weeks post op I cannot thank Dr Seng and staff enough.

I had been extremely sedentary for two years prior to finding Dr. Seng, confined to my home. On my initial visit, he quickly realized I needed a total replacement of my right hip. One month later, they had me standing in the recovery room 80 minutes after the surgery. I went home 3 hours later, and packed my walker away 5 days later. A week after that I was using the cane less and less. Now, 11 weeks post surgery, I have my normal life back again , and am no longer a burden on my family. Hip replacement will change your life. And Dr. Seng and his staff are the very best professionals to take you through the process!

I had a full left hip replacement by Dr.Seng in July 2025. From my first appointment on I have been very pleased with the office staff, Dr.Seng, my surgery and progress made. I can’t say enough good about my experience!
